How It Is Built

This panel is made from strong steel sheets on the top and bottom.

The steel parts are shaped and welded together to form a solid structure.

After that, the panel is coated with protective paint to prevent rust.

The inside is filled with lightweight cement, which makes the panel strong but not overly heavy.

Load Performance (Strength Levels)

There are different strength grades available (such as SC668, SC800, SC1000, SC1250 and higher).
The higher the number, the stronger the panel.

Impact load: Sudden force (for example, something dropping on it)
Ultimate load: Maximum weight before failure
Uniform load: Evenly spread weight across the surface
